You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. 555pak reserves the right to close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable. Account details including name, date of birth, and national identity information must match the documentation submitted during KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555pak login credentials. 555pak is not liable for failed transactions resulting from network issues, bank processing errors, or third-party payment processor failures beyond the platform's control. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account but not arrived in your 555pak wallet, please contact support with the relevant transaction reference within 48 hours.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 555pak are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each promotion are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your 555pak wallet. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in Section 5. 555pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, which remain subject to the terms under which they were claimed.

In the event of account closure not attributable to breach of these Terms by the Player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on file. Bonus funds are not returned in any closure scenario.
